Ines Doujak is an Austrian artist. His sculptural and performative works inspired by literature. Her artistic research questions queer-feminist, anti-racist and anti-colonial culture. Since 2010, she has been working on a research project called “Loomshuttles / Warpaths”. On the complex and asymmetrical relations between Europe and Latin America conveyed by the study of textiles. She collaborates regularly with the English novelist John Barker.

Exhibition.

After discovering at the University of Applied Arts, his works have been exhibited in numerous personal and group exhibitions. At the Johann Jacobs Museum, Zurich (2015). No Skin, SBC Contemporary Art Gallery, Montreal (2016). The Beast is a Sovereign, MACBA (2015). Vienna Secession, Vienna (2014). Documenta 12, Cassel (2007).
